Fred Minnick is a spirits author, historian, and curator, known for his great whiskey palate. He has authored several books about bourbon, rum, and mead. His podcast, “The Fred Minnick Show” features interviews with musicians, for which pairs whiskey to their palates. He’s also a co-host of the Bourbon Pursuit Podcast, and host of the “Bourbon Up with Fred Minnick” interview series, available on Amazon Prime Video.
