Jule Hall is the first formerly incarcerated person to be hired full time by the Ford Foundation. He works as a program associate in grant-giving to advance equity across racial, ethnic, and gender justice. He’s also a subject in the Ken Burns doc-series, “College Behind Bars”, currently streaming on Netflix and Amazon Prime.
