Nadia Owusu
Nadia Owusu is an author and urban planner. Her first book, Aftershocks, is a memoir about growing up between Africa and Europe, with her father, a United Nations official, and is about the search for belonging and the effects of family secrets. Nadia’s lyric essay chapbook, So Devilish a Fire, was a winner of the TAR chapbook contest. Nadia also leads research and racial equity at Living Cities, an economic racial justice organization.
