Niall (“Bressie”) Breslin is lead singer and guitarist for the Irish pop band, The Blizzards. His mental-health oriented podcast, Where is my Mind? was named most creative podcast by the British Podcast Awards, and his podcast Wake Up/Wind-Down topped Spotify’s wellness category in 2020. Breslin is a former professional rugby player who went on to coach three winning seasons of the popular TV series, Voice of Ireland. Bressie’s book, Me and My Mate Jeffrey, about his struggle with anxiety disorder, won the 2015 Bord Gais Irish Book Award for popular nonfiction. In addition to authoring several mindfulness focused children’s books, he founded the educational non-profit, A Lust for Life, which aims to introduce a mental-health curriculum into every primary school in Ireland by 2024.
